Renter Shipping Policy
Shipping Instructions:
You should receive your return shipping instructions on Sunday afternoon. If, for any reason, you do not receive them, please reach out to the rental owner as soon as possible.
Preparing to Ship Your Rental
To ensure the next renter receives their items on time and in perfect condition, please follow these steps carefully:

Take Photos & Videos

Before packing, take clear pictures and a short video of all items (dresses, accessories, etc.) to document their condition.

Send these to the owner as confirmation everything is present and in good condition.

Packing the Items

Place all items back in the original Ziploc bags they came in.

Gently place the dresses in the bag — do not fold or scrunch them.

Put everything together in a trash bag, tie it securely to prevent movement or spillage in case the box is damaged during shipping.

Boxing the Rental

Use the same box the rental arrived in.

If the original box is badly damaged, use one of similar size and thickness.

Tape the box thoroughly — better to use extra tape than risk replacing lost items.

Shipping Details

All rentals must be shipped back using UPS Ground — NOT Ground Saver. Ground Saver causes delays and risks the next renter receiving the item late.

Shipping must be completed by Monday, and tracking information must be sent to the owner by 4:00 PM (local time).

A $20 inconvenience fee will apply if shipped using any method other than UPS Ground.

If the rental does not arrive in time due to improper shipping, you may be held responsible for refunding the next renter.
💡 Recommended: Use www.pirateship.com to purchase a secure and discounted UPS Ground label. You can drop off the package at UPS or schedule a pickup.
📸 Once shipped: Send a clear photo of the shipping receipt and tracking number to the owner immediately so it can be passed along to the next renter.
